What we are looking for

We’re hiring a Partner’s Associate – a dynamic, sharp‑thinking and entrepreneurial operator to work directly with NoBa’s two founding partners. This is a varied, high‑impact role that blends operational excellence, communications flair, and strategic coordination. You’ll be part Chief of Staff, part project driver, part creative engine – someone who thrives behind the scenes making everything work better. You’ll help us stay ahead of what matters, from meetings with founders and investors, to managing internal projects, to keeping NoBa’s story sharp and visible in the world. If you’re a doer with sharp instincts, high EQ and high IQ, and a love of fast‑paced environments — this one’s for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partner Support & Leadership
    • Work closely with the partners to amplify their effectiveness and focus on what matters most.
    • Coordinate key meetings with founders, investors, and collaborators – ensuring clarity, preparation, and follow‑through.
    • Anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and create leverage across all areas of their work.
  • Operational Oversight & Project Management
    • Support internal operations across the investment and platform teams – from tracking key projects to streamlining processes.
    • Own special projects from start to finish – including events, workshops, research initiatives, or new operational tools.
    • Help set and maintain rhythms across the business; agendas, planning cadences, and follow‑through.
  • Communication & Brand Presence
    • Draft and manage content for external comms – from LinkedIn posts to newsletters to investor updates.
    • Keep the partners’ voice active and sharp online — helping shape and schedule thought leadership and social content.
    • Work with designers and platform team on pitch decks, event branding, and visual storytelling.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Ecosystem Activation
    • Help prep and follow up for all key partner meetings with LPs, founders, and collaborators.
    • Track key relationships and interactions, keeping our CRM and follow‑ups sharp.
    • Contribute to the design and execution of NoBa events and founder/investor programming.
  • Culture & Momentum Builder
    • Help the partners maintain the “heartbeat” of NoBa — keeping energy and clarity across the team.
    • Spot opportunities for better team rituals, tools, or ways of working.
    • Jump in wherever needed — you’re the kind of person who figures things out, fast.

You Might Be a Good Fit if You …

  • Thrive in fast‑moving environments and love being the person who “just gets it done.”
  • Have both high EQ and high IQ — you understand people and systems, and how to move between them fluidly.
  • Are an exceptional communicator – clear, warm, sharp.
  • Are highly organised and detail‑oriented, but also creative and proactive.
  • Love startups, venture, or the future of work space – and want to be part of building something meaningful.
  • Have 2–4 years’ experience in consulting, VC/PE, ops, comms, or a high‑performing startup/scale‑up.

What we can offer …

  • A chance to join a mission‑driven, high‑energy team passionate about shaping the Future of Work.
  • Real impact: support game‑changing founders and meaningful ventures making work fairer, healthier, and more inclusive.
  • Salary up to £50,000 – complete package is up to 2x salary.
  • Monthly socials and quarterly team experiences — because we believe in working hard and enjoying the ride.
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays — and your birthday off, because you deserve it.
  • Growth that’s real — you’ll have visibility across the business and the chance to shape how we grow.
  • A dog‑friendly office (yes, bring your pup!).
  • Based in London with 1 day a week WFH – surrounded by parks, wellness facilities, and space to recharge.
