Kinetic Investments is a venture capital firm dedicated to early-stage companies that are transforming the digital landscape. Our mission is to drive start-up ambitions to definitive successes through strategic investments and dynamic partnerships. Since our inception in 2016, we have invested in 12 transformative start-ups and been behind over 100+ digital brands. We are not just investors; we are catalysts for change, committed to shaping the future of digital transformation.

If you’re energised by pitching, networking and closing, and you thrive in high-ownership roles, we’d love to meet you!

Role

You’ll be the chief door-opener for Fund I – owning LP outreach, pipeline velocity, and how Kinetic appears on stage, on Zoom, and in every WhatsApp group that matters.

In practical terms, that means:

  • Hunt & close: Build a qualified LP universe, run continuously warm pipelines, and convert interest into signed commitments on a quarterly cadence.
  • Own the microphone: Speak at conferences, host invite-only dinners, and turn every room into an LP or dealflow opportunity.
  • Curate the story: Craft data-backed, thesis-driven narratives that make founders and investors alike want to partner with us.
  • Feed the machine: Channel the relationships you forge into fresh deal flow, strong co-investor ties, and a high-signal market pulse.

You’ll thrive if you’re energized by fast-moving environments, balance strategic thinking with natural relationship instinct, and are excited to help scale a lean, ambitious team.

Key accountabilities
  • Own and expand an LP pipeline – map, reach and nurture prospects across HNWIs, family offices & FoFs.
  • Convert interest into commitments – drive first meeting → IC → subscription docs, hitting quarterly capital-in targets.
  • Be our external face – speak on panels, host dinners, travel 25-30 % to major conferences.
  • Support deals & ops – feed high-quality start-ups into the funnel and keep portfolio/LP reporting crisp.
Requirements

Essential:

  • 3+ years of experience in VC, private equity, investor relations, fundraising, or high-growth startups
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable engaging senior stakeholders
  • Confident working in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment with shifting priorities

Desirable:

  • Prior LP-facing experience, particularly with family offices or institutional investors
  • Exposure to the full fund lifecycle — fundraising, investments, and portfolio management
  • Experience in lean teams or startup settings with a hands-on, adaptable mindset
Benefits
  • Salary of £40,000 – £65,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • Remote working policy – Work from our London office, at home, or a combination of both
