Key Responsibilities As an Employment Law Associate, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of employment law matters, advising both employers and employees. Your key duties will include: Advising clients on a wide range of employment law issues, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, and employment contracts. Representing clients in Employment Tribunal cases and assisting with settlement negotiations. Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and other legal documents. Conducting legal research and providing up-to-date advice on employment law legislation and case law. Offering guidance on employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance procedures. Assisting clients with complex employment disputes and providing strategic legal advice.
