Join the team at VC Law — Liverpool city centre. VC Law Ltd is a Northwest-based law firm with offices in Liverpool, Southport, and Formby (opening soon), specialising in commercial property, litigation, corporate and commercial work, secured lending, and employment law.

We are looking for a Legal Receptionist to join our Liverpool city centre office at 56 Tithebarn Street.

Role Description

This is a full-time, office-based role. You will be the first point of contact for clients and callers, and a key part of keeping the firm running smoothly day to day. Responsibilities include:

  • Answering and directing telephone calls
  • Greeting clients and visitors
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post
  • Maintaining files and records
  • Preparing documents
  • Supporting fee earners with administrative tasks
  • Assisting with the general upkeep of the office
