This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service. Crown Vets is looking to expand our team of ten Client Services Assistants by hiring a friendly and approachable Veterinary Receptionist on a part-time basis. Our ideal team member would be dedicated and compassionate, with excellent customer service skills and proficiency in IT. Previous veterinary experience is desirable, and a love of animals is essential.

About the role

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in person
  • Building strong relationships with pets and their owners
  • Assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests professionally and promptly
  • Managing the diary, including scheduling appointments with vets and nurses, and organizing surgeries
  • Maintaining high standards of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times

About the rota

Shifts will include evenings and weekends. Our operating hours are from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm on Friday, and 8:30 am to 4:30 pm on Saturdays.
