Are you passionate about animals and dedicated to their wellbeing? We are looking for a skilled and compassionate individual to join our veterinary clinic as a Receptionist at our Thornbury surgery.

Position Overview

As front of house Receptionist you will play a crucial role in supporting our Veterinary Surgeons, ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients at the reception desk and over the telephone.
  • Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments and managing client queries.
  • Assisting with billing and maintaining accurate records.

Previous experience in a similar role with reception duties is essential. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential with the ability to multitask efficiently. Good administration and IT skills are also important as well as experience in cash handling/balancing.
