Acorn Vets, a well-established small animal practice in Hove, is looking for a Veterinary Receptionist to join our dedicated team.
What you\’ll be doing:
Welcoming clients and their pets in a warm, professional manner
Managing reception duties such as phone calls, appointment bookings, and general inquiries
Keeping client records accurate and up-to-date
Supporting the veterinary team with administrative tasks
Remaining calm and compassionate in high-pressure or emotional situations
Working hours
This full-time position requires 40 hours per week, distributed across five 8-hour shifts on Monday-Friday with a commitment to 1:4 Saturday mornings (with time owed in lieu), there is no out-of-hours work involved.
