We are looking for someone with ideally experience within the animal industry; however, this is not essential as your customer service is so much more important as we are known for our outstanding service. Your role will be to provide an exceptional service to our clients and their pets. You will be the welcoming face when they visit the practice.
You must have a good understanding of computer programs including Word, Excel and Outlook and have a willingness to learn new skills. Support for service developments and improvements is essential. Excellent listening and communication skills are required for this role. You must be able to work well under pressure and deal with everything that is thrown at you.
About the rota: This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours per week over 4 days. You will work 1 Saturday morning in 3, with a shorter weekday to compensate for this.
