You\’ll be at the heart of our practice — the first friendly face our clients see when they walk through the door, and the reassuring voice they hear on the phone. If you\’re organised, great with people, and love being part of a supportive team, this could be the perfect role for you.
What You\’ll Be Doing:
- Giving every client and patient a warm welcome and a positive experience
- Answering phones and managing calls with professionalism and care
- Booking, rescheduling, and following up on appointments
- Keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes with admin tasks
- Handling payments and dispensing prescriptions accurately
- Keeping our reception and consult rooms tidy, clean, and inviting
- Supporting your colleagues and helping the practice run like clockwork!

Your Work Schedule
- Full-time role
- Ideally a 5-day working week
- No weekends or out-of-hours work at present – further details to be discussed at interview
