Are you a passionate and caring Registered Veterinary Nurse looking for a new opportunity in a thriving practice? Wellpets, a group of three small animal branches in Kent, is searching for an enthusiastic RVN to join our team in Sittingbourne, on a permanent basis.
Who we are looking for
Ideally, you will be an RVN Clinical Coach with a passion for small animal health and welfare. If you're ready to make a difference in the lives of pets and their owners, and you possess the skills we're seeking and a positive, can-do attitude, we would love to hear from you.
The rota
We offer flexible working patterns that flex with you and your lifestyle. This position involves working 40 hours per week over 4-5 days. There will be 1 in 4 Saturdays.
At Wellpets, we're proud of our state-of-the-art facilities, including digital X-rays, dental X-rays, ultrasound, and a brand-new in-house lab. Our branches boast a well-established team of friendly and dedicated staff. Located in Kent, our practice offers easy train links to London, award-winning Blue Flag beaches, and the scenic Elmley Nature Reserve.
About the team and culture
We are a close-knit team, dedicated to providing the best care for our patients. We have three experienced Vets, 3 Registered Veterinary Nurses, and three support staff working across our three sites. Our teamβs interests range from medicine to orthopaedic surgery, ultrasound, and cardiac ultrasound.
We encourage our nurses to use their skills and knowledge within the practice, conducting nurse clinics, advising clients on their pets' health and welfare, and supporting the Vet team.
