We’re looking for a warm, confident, and adaptable person to join our Client Care team, supporting our practices across Sidcup, Hayes, Chislehurst, Pettswood, Belvedere, Eltham, Longfield, and Swanley. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, can stay calm under pressure, and values making a positive difference every day.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming clients and creating a positive, reassuring experience when they visit our practices.
- Supporting our clinical teams to ensure the practice runs smoothly.
- Using practice systems along with Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Travelling between practices to provide consistent support across our branches.
- Continually learning and developing your skills as our services evolve.
You’ll be an important part of the client journey — often the first face they see and the supportive presence they’ll remember.
About You
- We’re looking for someone who is calm, compassionate and people-focused.
- Able to support clients during what can sometimes be emotional or stressful situations.
- Organised and adaptable.
- Comfortable working in a busy environment with changing priorities.
- Clear, patient and confident speaking with clients and colleagues.
- Able to work across our branches.
- A full UK driving licence and reliable vehicle are essential for this role.
- Flexible with working patterns, including weekends, as part of a rota.
- Experience in animal care or veterinary settings is helpful — but a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills are what really matter.
Working Hours
This is a full-time role of 38 hours per week, covering 10-hour shifts across 4 days, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Practice opening times vary, and some branches close at lunchtime.
