Here at Wellhouse Veterinary Clinic, we are looking for a friendly and professional Senior Veterinary Surgeon to join our team! The role will provide you with the fantastic opportunity to work across our two sites in Crowborough and Tunbridge Wells. We are looking for a Vet with surgical experience and who is comfortable working sole charge. You will have experience in surgery and general consultation, and be comfortable with an element of sole charge.
What the role looks like
This is a full-time role (40 hours per week over 4 or 5 days), but we are happy to consider flexible working arrangements. As Senior Vet, you will:
- Lead the clinical team and deliver exceptional veterinary and client care.
- Help shape the clinical direction of the practice.
- Mentor and support colleagues, contributing to their professional growth.
- Play an active role in the continued success and development of the clinic.
- Cater to a high surgical caseload.

Well House Veterinary Clinic has two clinics, one in Crowborough and the other in Tunbridge Wells. We border on Ashdown Forest, an area of outstanding natural beauty. Both clinics are near a mainline train station for London/Gatwick. We have achieved the ISFM Silver Accredited cat-friendly clinic. We are a close team who believe in working together to provide a high standard of care for our clients and patients.
