Forest Lodge Veterinary Practice Ltd, New Milton is seeking a friendly and flexible customer care advisor to join our busy practices in New Milton and Pennington. As a receptionist, you will be a key part of the team, helping the practice run smoothly every day. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients—welcoming both new and familiar faces, answering phone calls and emails, and keeping our front desk organised and efficient.

We’re a supportive, close-knit team working in a well-equipped and forward-thinking practice. We’re proud to be an RCVS-accredited first opinion practice and have a strong reputation in the community. You’ll be working alongside a team of 4 full-time-equivalent vets with special interests in dermatology, internal medicine, emergency care, and imaging. We actively support professional growth, and certificate studies are encouraged.

We’re based in New Milton, right in the heart of the beautiful New Forest, and close to Bournemouth, Southampton, and stunning local beaches. It’s a great place to work and an even better place to live—perfect if you’re looking to relocate or want a better work-life balance.

We will provide you with full training to be able to work to a high standard. However, experience of working in the veterinary industry or with the public would be an advantage. Our team are hoping to work alongside someone with a sense of humour and the ability to work collaboratively as well as individually. We strive to offer a good work-life balance.

We are looking for someone who can comfortably fit in with our existing team and help support them through holidays and sickness. Some Saturday work will be required, but this will be requested with plenty of notice. We have 2 basic rotas available.
