We’re seeking a dedicated and forward-thinking Veterinary Surgeon who’s ready to take the next step into a rewarding leadership role. As Lead Vet, you’ll work closely with our supportive Director of Practice to guide and inspire the clinical team across our newly refurbished/extended main site and two branch practices — Summerview and Summergrove.

Your Role

As Clinical Lead, you’ll help maintain and evolve our clinical protocols to ensure we continue delivering the highest standard of veterinary care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Clinical duties
  • Clinical audits
  • Leading monthly vet meetings
  • Running quarterly morbidity and mortality (M&M) rounds
  • Conducting appraisals
  • Collaborating to further integrate our two sole-charge branches into the wider practice
