We’re currently looking for a Part-Time Insurance Administrator to join our small and friendly team. This is a varied role where you will work closely with insurance companies, support our clinic teams with claim processes, and help ensure our clients have the best possible experience from start to finish. You’ll also lend a helping hand to our reception team when needed, so previous experience in a receptionist role is essential.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Processing insurance claims from start to finish
- Providing outstanding customer service over the phone
- Monitoring claims through to successful settlement
- Keeping all client communications accurate and up to date
- Ensuring insurance details are correctly recorded on our systems
- Liaising with insurance companies, clients, clinicians, and team members
- Identifying and resolving discrepancies efficiently
- Managing insurance documentation and navigating insurance portals and forms
- Suggesting improvements to streamline our processes

What We’re Looking For
- Previous customer service experience (phone/email) is essential
- Reception experience is a must
- Experience with credit management or insurance claims is a plus

- Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Someone who’s flexible and happy to step in when needed
This is a part-time role covering 26 hours per week, Mon 8am - 2pm, Tues 10 am - 4pm, Wed 10 am – 4 pm, Thurs 8 am – 2 pm, with 1:4 weekends working 8 hours either a Saturday or Sunday.
