Easipetcare Streatham is looking for an organised, compassionate, and motivated Head Nurse to lead our nursing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident RVN who enjoys clinical work while also inspiring and supporting colleagues in a leadership role.

About the role

As Head Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in both patient care and team development. Working alongside the Practice Director, Senior Vet, and Client Care Manager, you’ll help shape the future of the practice by supporting the team and driving clinical standards.

You will have the opportunity to:

– Lead, support, and develop the nursing and support team

– Deliver excellent standards of nursing care and client communication

– Oversee and coordinate nurse clinics and daily workflow

– Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and practice standards

– Create a positive, supportive working environment where your team can thrive

Working hours/rota

The role is full-time at 40 hours per week, with Saturday mornings included on a shared rota, for which time off in lieu is provided. There are no out-of-hours or on-call requirements.

We offer flexible rota patterns to support a healthy work-life balance and are open to discussions around part-time or flexible working arrangements.
