A Leadership Role That Will Shape the Future of Farm Veterinary Care in West Wales. As we unite three well-established, highly respected large animal practices — The Oak, Priory Vets and Steffan Vets — we are creating a new, modern, forward-thinking farm veterinary service. To lead it, we’re looking for a Group Farm Practice Manager to unify teams, streamline ways of working, champion high standards of service, and build strong relationships with our farming communities.

You will work closely with the Area Director and Clinical Director(s) to ensure operational excellence and a positive, high-performing culture. This is a growth, innovation and change-driven role. It’s a rare opportunity to build something lasting, for our teams, our farmers and the future of farm veterinary care in West Wales. This is a full time role, 5 days per week.
