Fixed Asset Verification Coordinator – Fixed Term Contract
At IVC Evidensia, we are a leading veterinary services provider in Europe and North America with more than 2,500 clinics and hospitals across 20 countries and around 41,000 employees. We aim to have an extraordinary impact on animal lives, supporting in the region of 25,000 animals every single day across our international network. IVC Evidensia exists to champion the long-term health and welfare of animals and deliver our purpose of Healthy Animals, Happy Owners.
The Fixed Asset verification project is a group wide transformation project, to verify & tag all individual moveable assets of GBV £10k or over, within the group estate. IVCE teams will complete the physical tagging of assets, during physical clinics visits, for clinics with more than 10 assets.
For clinics with 10 assets and below, a desktop team will manage the tagging process with support from the clinics.
This role is being offered on a Fixed Term Contract until June 2026.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
- Sending the cleansed Fixed Asset Register, detailing the individual moveable assets of GBV £10k or over, asset form and tags to clinic SPOC’s
- Support/guide clinics to tag asset, complete the asset form and photograph asset
- Loading all details from the asset form and photograph into Asset Infinity software
- Support and manage the relationship with Ops/clinics, ensuring a smooth & efficient tagging process
- Prepare and gain sign off, of the final clinic verified assets by the relevant Clinical Director
- Support the FaST FAR Transformation Delivery Lead and Accounting Adjustment SME, as required
Experience/Qualifications:
- Experience of equipment/fixed asset audit or inventory management
- Strong academically – educated to degree level and hold a chartered professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA or similar).
- Data-driven, with a keen eye for detail – comfortable working with large data sets and manipulating large files.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment – flexibility is key.
- Able to demonstrate strong communication and influencing skills with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- A pragmatic problem-solver who is calm and confident under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work well within the team, and communicate effectively but sympathetically with the clinics.
- Strong team management skills and experience.
