We are seeking an organised, personable Receptionist to join our team at Spring Lodge on a part-time permanentbasis.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.

You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

Working Pattern

Working a set rota, Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8:15am-7pm with one hours unpaid lunch break, 1 in 4 saturdays 9am-11am.

Key Responsibilities

As a Veterinary Receptionist, you’ll be managing busy telephone lines and scheduling appointments efficiently, while handling email correspondence and client enquiries with care and professionalism.

Duties also include:

  • Processing payments
  • Managing stock
  • Assisting with account and insurance queries
