Clinical Lead Vet Surgeon β Small Animal

Based primarily across our three central sites in North Northamptonshire (Oundle, Thrapston, Corby)
Are you a motivated Veterinary Surgeon looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a Clinical Lead Vet Surgeon to join our progressive and supportive practice group.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping clinical standards, mentoring colleagues, and working collaboratively with an engaged and forward-thinking team. The right candidate would be surgically competent and willing to drive and engage the team in clinical growth as well as support with imbedding key initiatives to deliver outstanding patient care and client experience. Leadership experience is desirable but not essential.

The Role
Working 32 hours per week (full time applicants will be considered), flexibility in hours to suit your needs, participation in the Saturday rota 1:3 is required, helping to maintain excellent client care across the group.
About the Practice Group
A dynamic team of 14.5 FTE Vets with diverse skills across the group, added benefit of an exotic specialist and certificate holders within the group, regular clinical meetings to share knowledge and ideas, commitment to investment in new equipment to support best practice, strong ethos of collaboration across sites β youβll always feel part of a bigger team.

Our practices are based in North Northamptonshire, covering Corby β a rapidly developing town with growing opportunities, Oundle β a picturesque Georgian market town with rich history and charm & Thrapston β a traditional market town with a welcoming community feel.
