Here at Moorview Referrals, we are looking for a confident and friendly Animal Care Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis to cover maternity leave (12 months). This is an exciting opportunity to work within a busy referral centre with a variety of disciplines including: ECC, medicine, cardiology, orthopaedics, and neurology.
Responsibilities will include:
- Patient handling
- Laboratory work
- Pharmacy work
- Theatre work
- Cleaning and packing instruments and equipment
- Assisting with hydrotherapy
- General cleaning
About the hours:
You will be working a rotating shift pattern with shifts starting from 6:30 am to 9:00 pm. There will be 1:4 weekends of 12-hour shifts, with time back in lieu.
