The role shapes and delivers the annual membership programme, a calendar of events, experiences and cultural partnerships that boost engagement, acquisition and retention, and bring the brand's heritage to life.
You will own the membership events calendar from concept to delivery, curate a premium programme aligned to customer tiers, and build partnerships with brands and chefs.
