We’re on the lookout for hands-on Site Managers to join our industrial roofing & cladding team at VBS Ltd. This is not a desk job — we need someone who knows their way around a live site, can keep things moving, and takes pride in running a tidy, safe, well-organised project.
What we need you to be good at:
- Managing cladding gangs and keeping productivity up
- Organising the day-to-day running of site
- Keeping works on programme
- Sorting deliveries, access, plant and site logistics
- Being the person everyone goes to on site
- Taking pride in standards, safety and quality
You must have:
- SMSTS
- Relevant CSCS card
- Other relevant site qualifications (First Aid, IPAF/PASMA helpful)
- Solid background in industrial roofing & cladding (refurbishment)
- Experience working on asbestos roof refurbishment / overcladding projects
