- Study customer requirements on procurement processes and map to ERP.
- Analyze As-Is Processes and design the optimized To-Be Processes.
- Perform Design Validation and identify areas of improvement.
- Suggest and improve business processes.
- Prepare Test Scripts and perform End to End Testing.
- Impart training to super users.
- Support and troubleshoot JD Edwards applications and resolve technical issues for consumers, partners, clients, or internal stakeholders.
- Create, schedule, monitor jobs, and troubleshoot jobs.
- Lead team and connect with clients on a regular basis.
- Manage and resolve production incidents, covering system outages, job failures, system defects, data defects, and end-user support.
- Execute and manage day-to-day operations via ticketing tools and processes.
- Ensure appropriate tool is updated in accordance with SLA specifications with case notes, status updates, and case closure information.
- Test application features and understand any testing tool.
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience as a techno-functional resource in JD Edwards in Sales & Distribution and Manufacturing modules.
- Experience studying customer requirements on procurement processes and mapping to ERP.
- Experience analyzing current processes and designing optimized To-Be processes.
- Experience in design validation and identifying areas of improvement.
- Experience preparing test scripts and performing end-to-end testing.
- Experience imparting training to super users.
- Knowledge of business processes with exposure to the Retail Industry.
- Experience supporting/troubleshooting JD Edwards applications and resolving technical issues via ticketing systems.
- Experience creating, scheduling, monitoring jobs, and troubleshooting jobs.
- Ability to lead a team and coordinate with clients regularly.
- Ability to assist the team in day-to-day operations.
- Experience managing production incidents, including outages, job failures, system defects, data defects, and end-user support.
- Experience executing day-to-day operations via ticketing tools and processes.
- Familiarity with testing tools and updating tools according to SLA specifications.
