Mandatory Requirements
8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
5+ years in a ServiceNow Architect or Lead Developer capacity.
Proven experience implementing multiple ServiceNow modules, including:
ITSM
ITOM
HRSD
SecOps
GRC/IRM
SPM
Deep expertise in:
ServiceNow scripting (client-side and server-side)
Flow Designer
Integration Hub
Service Portal / Employee Center
Automated Test Framework (ATF)
CMDB architecture
Strong experience with enterprise integrations, including:
REST
SOAP
MID Server
Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end ServiceNow implementations , from design through deployment.
Strong understanding of the ServiceNow security model, including:
ACLs
Roles
Domain separation
Experience working in Agile environments .
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, regulated environments .
Desirable Qualifications
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or progress toward CTA.
Multiple ServiceNow CIS certifications , such as:
ITSM
HRSD
ITOM
SecOps
GRC
Experience in financial services or other regulated industries .
Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines .
Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting .
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and enterprise integration platforms .
Experience supporting audits and regulatory compliance initiatives .
