Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Regional Deployment Lead to plan, coordinate and execute the deployment of programmes, projects, processes, systems and operational initiatives across an assigned region.
The successful candidate will lead end-to-end deployment activities, ensuring stakeholder alignment, effective governance, risk management, business readiness and successful implementation while maintaining operational continuity.
This role requires extensive experience in project/programme management, regional or multi-site deployments, business transformation and operations , together with a strong Finance background .
Key Responsibilities Deployment & Programme Management
Lead end-to-end deployment activities for regional projects and transformation initiatives.
Develop and manage deployment plans, schedules, milestones and deliverables.
Ensure deployments are delivered within agreed timelines, budget and quality standards.
Monitor deployment progress and provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Drive consistency and standardisation of deployment methodologies across multiple locations.
Stakeholder Management
Partner with regional business leaders, operations teams and support functions.
Act as the primary point of contact for deployment-related communications within the region.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings, governance reviews and project steering committees.
Build strong relationships across multiple functions to drive alignment and accountability.
Risk & Issue Management
Identify deployment risks, dependencies and potential roadblocks.
Develop mitigation and contingency plans to minimise operational disruption.
Escalate critical issues and provide recommendations for resolution.
Capture lessons learned and incorporate them into future deployments.
Change Management & Business Readiness
Support change management activities to facilitate adoption of new processes and systems.
