- Application Database Administrator (RDBMS) with proven experience working within the
Aerospace & Defence sector .
The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and maintaining relational database environments, ensuring databases remain secure, highly available, performant and reliable .
The role covers database installation and configuration, performance tuning, security and access management, backup and disaster recovery, data integrity, troubleshooting and capacity planning.

- Database Installation & Configuration
- Install, configure and upgrade RDBMS platforms.
- Configure database storage and system resources.
- Support database environments across the application lifecycle.
- Performance Tuning & Optimisation
- Monitor database performance and activity.

- Manage and optimise database indexes.
