We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic team member who is capable of stepping up to the next level and covering the head chef during leave and time off. Working in close collaboration with our head chef you will be able to deliver quality, consistency and speed of service whilst adhering to all EHO standards and maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen.
The ideal candidate would have at least two years experience in a pub / restaurant kitchen but attitude is more important and candidates showing promise and aspirations to learn quickly will also be considered. Level 2 food hygiene and allergen training are minimum requirements.
Flexible / part time hours are available alongside working evenings and weekends with at least two days off per week.
