Responsibilities

  • Manage quotations, negotiations, contract follow‑up, order processing and payment collection.
  • Resolve customer complaints and quality issues by coordinating with internal product teams to maintain customer trust.
  • Build and sustain relationships with key decision‑makers, including Lab Managers and PIs.
  • Oversee key and strategic accounts, and formulate dedicated retention and revenue growth plans.
  • Monitor competitors' pricing, promotions, new product launches and channel strategies, and propose corresponding solutions.
  • Relay customer feedback and product improvement suggestions to headquarters and R&D teams to facilitate local adaptation.
  • Proficiently use CRM and other systems to update customer profiles, follow‑up records, sales pipeline and sales forecasts.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on exhibitions (e.g. UK Biobank, ESHRE), academic conferences, online promotion and sample distribution.
  • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams for order delivery, inventory management and customs clearance.

  • PhD degree, major in biology‑related disciplines.
  • Proficient in English, excellent communication skills, and logical thinking.
  • Strong execution, a team player with a strong sense of responsibility and dedication.
