A small set of roles. Each one critical to how we operate and deliver.
- Senior client-facing role owning end-to-end delivery across multiple engagements. You will lead transformation strategy, manage practitioner teams, and act as the primary point of trust for C-suite stakeholders. Requires deep commercial judgement and the ability to operate autonomously inside complex organisations.
- Change and Adoption Specialist responsible for embedding AI-driven change within client teams. You will design adoption programmes, facilitate workshops, manage stakeholder resistance, and ensure new ways of working are sustained beyond the engagement. Strong communication, empathy, and structured thinking are essential.
- Project Manager owns delivery rhythm across multiple client engagements. You will coordinate practitioners, manage sprint plans, track milestones, and ensure every Deal File moves cleanly from discovery to embed. Strong organisational discipline, clear written communication, and the judgement to elevate early are essential. You will work alongside Lead Practitioners and report into the founder.
- Business Development Manager leads VAYRO's commercial engagement with prospective clients. You will qualify inbound enquiries, nurture relationships with SME owners and senior leaders, and convert interest into discovery conversations. This is a consultative role, not a sales floor. We expect credibility, curiosity, and the ability to hold a strategic conversation about AI transformation. A strong commercial track record with UK SMEs is preferred.
Exceptionally organised, detail-focused, and proactive. Strong written and verbal communication. Comfortable with ambiguity and able to create structure where none exists. Professional and discreet. Handles sensitive information with integrity. Anticipates needs rather than waiting for instruction. Owns outcomes, not just tasks.
