Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated, highly organized individual to join our strategy team as a Post Creative Strategist. This is an entry-level position focused on identifying insights and developing creative strategies and briefs for social-first marketing.
Responsibilities
- Monitor brand social channels and online conversations for engagement opportunities.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage brand voice across channels.
- Research and analyze brand and cultural trends relevant to clients and campaigns.
- Provide daily insights and recommendations to inform creative briefs.
- Use third-party tools to manage social media pages.
- Follow escalation protocols for negative feedback.
- Identify opportunities to insert the brand into trending conversations and engage with influencers.
Qualifications
- Interest and expertise in popular culture and social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
- Ability to combine creativity with analytics and storytelling.
- Curiosity and flexibility to adapt to new tools, platforms, and processes.
- Experience with social listening tools is a plus.
- Proficiency in creating presentations using Google Slides.
