The PITCH Looking to make the move and step up into a leadership role? Then this could be for you. We're looking for another ACD to join the creative leadership team. You'll be the go-to creative for a couple of our accounts, leading creative teams with a focus on the best work possible. Guiding and shaping great ideas that hit the client briefs and make us all proud. Adept at presenting, you are able to work alongside client partnership teams to build and grow clients. You're used to negotiating your way to the best creative answers for the campaigns whilst keeping clients on side. But that doesn't mean you won't challenge and know how to defend the work with grace and meaning.
Here’s where you come in…
- Develop and deliver creative solutions for a variety of clients and industries.
- Execute work on your own as well as managing teams and approving work of your assigned creative team.
- Support CD/ECD to mentor and manage creatives and teams.
- Acts as a quality control and brand steward to lead creators across different disciplines such as content creation, design, copy and edit.
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to develop a high variety of ideas that meets creative and strategic criteria (client briefs, feedback, client KPIs).
- Ideate and conceptualize high-engaging thinking that reflects brand's aesthetic and style guidelines; maintaining aesthetic, tone, and brand consistency across all deliverables.
- Fosters positive relationships among the internal teams, the creative department, direct reports, other agency partners, and clients.
- Guide and lead the team to generate a wide range of concepts, high-level copywriting and content strategy, providing evaluation, mentorship, counsel, and determining assignments, promotions, and incentives as needed.
- Managing and developing junior members to become confident with leadership and presentation skills, always monitoring performance and progress, and managing up to the leadership team.
- Understands, articulates, and strategically applies the latest platform/industry/creative trends and digital best practices.
- Masters the industry best practices and the social platforms we love, as well as being willing to learn and articulate the unique VaynerMedia POV on each.
- Attends client meetings to communicate creative vision and processes, bringing stellar presentation skills to the table with the ability to read a room and adjust style to the needs of each client.
- Help streamline creative processes to improve team structure at a wider level, providing input on wider operational systems as needed.
- Actively lead and participate in new business projects.
We treasure Personality and Experience yet we do know that these qualifications lead to what WE KNOW as a success:
- At least 6+ years of professional creative experience from a creative/advertising agency and worked with various clients or brands with a strong portfolio in interactive/social.
- Deep understanding of UI/UX and an interest in the big social media platforms and their abilities/limitations.
- Experience in carrying out a concept from start to completion, and guide the team to do the same.
- Expert in ideation, doing a copy, design or any diverse creative content for creative campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of platform/industry/creative trends and best practices.
- Significant advertising experience, developing and creating TTL, digital and platform specific social campaigns.
- Experience in simultaneously managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Experience in gathering learnings and insights from platforms, consumer feedback and culture to make concise, relevant recommendations.
- Experience in leading and evaluating teams with the ability to supervise and train employees on an ongoing basis.
- Spots the seed of an idea flawlessly and understand how to nurture and enable it to grow into an impactful, change making campaign.
- Experience in wearing multiple brand hats and switching easily among brand voices.
- Experience with designing all things digital and social: sites, Facebook tabs, and templates, mobile apps, content creation processes, asset development, social sweeps projects and work with tie-ins to the shopper and experiential realms.
