We are seeking a creative and hands‑on industrial design engineer to transform ideas into desirable, manufacturable products that delight consumers and strengthen our brand.
This role focuses on developing concepts and designs across a range of floorcare products working across a number of teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop compelling product concepts and designs.
- Create high-quality CAD models & renders
- Drive ergonomic and user experience excellence in designs.
- Develop & contribute to CMF and Visual Brand Language
- Design & build compelling visual models and UX Prototypes
- Support design research and validation activities
- Collaborate with Engineering to deliver A-Surface Intent
- Collaborate with Electrical Engineering to integrate new UI / HMI Features into future products.
- Communicate design intent to business and key stakeholders
What we need from you
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Industrial, Product or UX Design or Equivalent
- Strong Industrial Design Experience in Consumer Product
- Excellent CAD, Sketching and Presentation Skills
- Proven ability to rapidly produce high quality renders
- Experience in Design Research Methodologies (IDEO, Design Thinking, Human Centred Design)
