We are looking for an Internal Communications Executive to join our HR team and help bring our culture, people agenda and employee voice to life. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys creating clear, engaging content, organising activity that brings people together, and making sure colleagues feel informed, included and connected to where the business is heading. You will work across our established communication channels, including SharePoint and other colleague platforms, supporting everything from internal campaigns and leadership updates to colleague events, engagement activity and employee committees. It is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a strong communications foundation who wants to grow their experience in a role close to the heart of our people strategy.

What You’ll Do

  • Create and publish engaging internal content across SharePoint and other colleague communication channels.
  • Support people campaigns, culture moments and leadership communications, making messages clear, timely and relevant.
  • Help plan and coordinate internal events, engagement activity and colleague touchpoints.
  • Support employee committees by coordinating meetings, tracking actions and helping ideas move forward.
  • Work closely with the HR team and wider business stakeholders to bring our people agenda to life.

About You

  • You have a strong communications foundation and can create clear, engaging content for different internal audiences.
  • You are confident using communication platforms such as SharePoint, intranet tools or other colleague channels.
  • You are interested in people, culture and employee engagement, and enjoy working with others to bring messages to life.
  • You are organised and creative, able to support campaigns, events and engagement activity from idea through to delivery.
  • You can coordinate colleague committees, follow up actions and help turn discussion into visible progress.
  • You show good judgement on tone, audience and channel.
  • You are practical, hands‑on and detail focused, with the energy to make things happen.

This is a permanent, full‑time role based on a hybrid working pattern from our offices in Droitwich, Worcestershire. In return, we offer a competitive salary, non‑contractual annual bonus, pension scheme, life assurance, private healthcare and income protection as standard. You will also have access to optional flexible benefits, 33 days’ holiday including bank holidays, discounted products and a free product after six months.
