We are looking for an enthusiastic team member to join our dynamic team who will assist our busy team with various administrative duties. The successful candidate will work across the organisation, assisting business services, along with general admin. The following is a non-exhaustive list of some of the duties and responsibilities you will be expected to undertake in the role:
- Manging vehicle delivery booking
- Updating customers on the progress of their vehicle order
- Liasing with vehicle dealer partners to meet customer expectations
- Complete compliance calls with drivers, confirming specifications and identifying/ rectifying any errors
- Investigate invoice discrepancies and resolve any issues
- Liaise professionally with colleagues, suppliers and customers
- Support sales colleagues with administrative tasks
- Support other finance, admin and data processing tasks as required
- Develop strong and professional relationships with fellow colleagues throughout the company
