Vavoom is seeking ambitious, professional people to join our New Business Sales team and be at the forefront of our business through its next phase of growth. Vavoom is a multi-award-winning fleet management business, seeing significant growth. We embrace technology to ensure Vavoom’s fleet management proposition and capability matches that of our largest competitors and is the driving force of our business.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and winning new SMEs and large corporates across company cars and vans, including salary sacrifice. Your responsibilities will include:
- Seeking and securing new business opportunities with SME & Corporate organisations
- End-to-end management of your new business pipeline
- Meeting with prospective customers over virtual and in-person meetings
- Presenting the Vavoom proposition to potential customers and acting as an ambassador for the brand
A proven track record in new business sales, ideally in fleet management and/or vehicle leasing is essential. We are looking for individuals who are motivated to play their part in the next phase of growth of an exciting, well-regarded business and want to join a business they can grow with and have influence on its future strategy.
We offer an excellent basic salary, an electric company car, 25 days annual leave plus an extra day for your birthday, a company pension, a life assurance scheme, and a subsidised staff canteen.
