The role: Due to continued growth we are hiring an Account Executive to manage and support the day-to-day operations of SME and Corporate customers, including some of the UK’s largest employers across our fleet management and salary sacrifice schemes. Our approach to relationship management is all about providing consultative, expert advice, while delivering on our commitments.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing a portfolio of customer relationships; operating as the main point of contact for those organisations, preparing for and attending regular account reviews, supported by the Commercial Director.
- Pricing and quotations; working with the pricing team to provide proposals for your customers and quotations for new vehicle orders.
- Account administration; supporting the customer fleet operation to run smoothly, coordinating with the wider team to deliver customer projects.
- Driver Support; acting as the point of contact for customers’ drivers and working with internal and external teams to support in-life queries.
