The role involves managing the relationship with our Strategic Accounts. These major corporate customers have employee bases of up to 8,000. You will keep your finger on the pulse of the account, identifying opportunities for scheme progression and ensuring our communication with the customer is exceptional.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing strategic customer relationships
  • Defining, implementing and progressing customer strategy initiatives to enhance customer success metrics
  • Monitoring account success and identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation
  • Meeting customer contractual obligations and reporting KPIs
  • Supporting colleagues to deliver greater customer satisfaction
  • Preparing customer proposals and reporting packs
  • Chairing regular account review meetings
  • Reporting to the Directors on customer success and areas for improvement
  • Supporting in new business sales processes and the implementation of new customer accounts
