Canopius require an experienced Project Manager to jointhe Change Teamtowork across businessstrategic projects.Working alongside the business andTechnology, the Project Manager will be workingon key projects to support Canopius’continuinggrowth ambitions.
Responsibilities will include:
- Day-to-day management of all project activities
- The capture and agreement of clear and measurable scope at the start of the project
- Todesign, plan and implement projects,either standalone or as part of a larger programme, or programmes according to scope, targets andobjectivesset for time of delivery,budgetand quality.
- Successful project/programme delivery in line with the defined success criteria and set goals.
- Lead identification of risks, actions, and issues through proactive communication and collaboration with stakeholders and various teams
- Project reporting and governance processesaccording to Changemethodology
- Stakeholder managementacross the business, includingC-suite.
- Creation, preparation and running ofsteering groupsand other governancegroups
- Creation of a communication plantoensure comms are clear,transparentandtimely
- Identification and management of dependenciesacross a diverse portfolio of Change
- Successful adoption of the solution, ensuringappropriate roll-outstrategy and engagement.

- Anunderstandingof London Marketinsurance
- Proventrack recordof successful project/programme delivery
- Effective communication and presentation skills tailored for the needs of theaudience
- Good stakeholder management skills as the role will involve working with cross functionalteamspeople from all areas of the organisation and at all levels
- Ability to produce high quality projectdocumentation
- Beingproactive andworking in astructuredway
