I’m working exclusively with a small, impressive FTSE-listed company. I am helping them source a talented Data Engineer to lead their data strategy.
They describe this role as a proactive business partner and data visionary who designs solutions to support the Group’s strategic and operational goals.
Experience or ready to lead small data/tech teams
Experience in smaller organisations, earlier in their data journey
Expert in T-SQL, proficiency in query optimisation
Dimensional models
Designing, building and maintaining data warehouses
Expert in ETL and tooling, especially Azure Data Factory
On-prem and cloud data architecture (ideally Azure)
Power BI Dashboards for various audiences, including heads of departments and C-level executives
DAX and, in particular, time intelligence functions On offer is a generous package, potentially worth up to over £80k. This includes bonus, study costs and leave, generous pension, 28 days holiday, private medical and permanent health cover, onsite gym and more!
It’s a hybrid role, 4 days/week in state-of-the-art, modern offices in zone 1 and a day/week at home.
