Hours: 35 hours per week – with some evening and weekend when required
Responsible to: Managing Director
This role will build and improve on our current local, regional, and national profile and our successful range of community, seasonal and corporate events. The role will develop new opportunities to make use of the spaces and resources within Vauxhall City Farm, enabling us to grow our engagement with our local community, and develop income from events and activities.
The post holder will have day-to-day responsibility for planning and ensuring the smooth implementation of a range of events, working with our different teams to support the coordination, staffing, work with our partners, ensure client and contractor management, budget management and monitoring and evaluation processes. All activities must also ensure compliance with our health and safety, other key policies, legal and insurance requirements.
You will have excellent customer relations skills, business acumen, ability to plan ahead and to demonstrate attention to detail and problem solving and be highly organised.
