About the Role
We are looking for an Executive & Operations Assistant who can keep the company running smoothly as we scale. This is a hybrid role combining admin, operations, scheduling, and customer coordination ideal for someone who loves variety, solves problems quickly, and thrives in a small, high-energy team.
What You’ll Own
- Manage calendars, emails, and day-to-day communication for the leadership team.
- Coordinate surveys, installation schedules, and customer updates.
- Keep our CRM, project pipeline, and documentation organised and up to date.
- Prepare reports, proposals, and internal documents.
- Support compliance tasks (MCS, DNO applications, warranties, job packs).
- Liaise with suppliers, track stock, and assist with procurement.
- Handle general office admin and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Step into new responsibilities as the company grows operations, HR, onboarding, or process improvement.
What You Bring
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Experience in admin, operations, or EA roles (construction/renewables a bonus).
