Job purpose

The Security Manager Kings Cross is responsible for the effective day to day management of the Secondary Centralised Security Control Room at Kings Cross, including all security related responsibilities, leading a team and all designated additional.

Main responsibilities

  • Provide effective people management for Centralised Control Room personnel, including setting of objectives, performance reviews, performance ratings, career progression and any other HR related tasks. This includes making sure resources are appropriately and efficiently allocated so holidays and sickness are covered.
  • Physical security of employees, site visitors and premises for all centralised sites is delivered in accordance with Vaultex Policies and Procedures.
  • Ensure Vaultex security systems/equipment on site is fit for purpose, operating in line with.
