Job purpose
The Finance Manager (Treasury) is responsible for the support and facilitate the Treasury Planning & Analysis activities for Vaultex specifically by:
- Lead cash flow forecasting and funding planning to ensure the business maintains strong liquidity.
- Provide clear, actionable financial insights to support decision making across Operations, Finance and Commercial teams.
- Own and develop treasury and funding models, improving accuracy and driving continuous enhancements.
- Partner with stakeholders to support business planning cycles, challenge assumptions, identify risks and opportunities.
- Monitor financial performance.
- Support senior leadership with high quality analysis and reporting to inform strategic decisions.
- Identify improvements to processes, systems and reporting.
- Play a key role in shaping the companies financial planning and treasury strategy.

Knowledge, skills and experience required
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel essential.
- PowerPoint & Word desirable.
- Analytical with the ability to identify and link connected data sets, develop trends and relationships and improve forecasting and reporting accuracy.
- Strong communication skills.
- Track record of delivering to tight deadlines.
