Job Purpose
To handle, count and verify cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming and outgoing cash assignments, adhering to set customer deadlines and requirements.
- Identify cash discrepancies and appropriately report them.
- Process/prepare all allocated items, including ATM cassettes, as required by daily role: receipt and dispatch.
- Amalgamate cash counted to complete a daily balance.
- Wrap, strap, band, pack and weigh all cash, by denomination and type.
- Perform potential long periods of standing/sitting, including manual handling.
- Adhere to all company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Other daily duties as delegated by the leadership team.

- Ability to meet assigned targets/deadlines and work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Capability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and moving cash bags.
- Health and safety awareness.
- Good attention to detail.
- Strong numeracy skills and numeric keyboard skills.
