About the Role
We’re looking for a talented and ambitious graphic design graduate to join our creative team. This is an exciting role for someone who wants to bring big ideas to life across both digital and print in a design-focused product business.
You will work on a wide range of projects, from social media assets, campaign visuals and event branding to product mock-ups and packaging. Collaborate closely with our Creative Director and work alongside our marketing and ecommerce teams, playing a key role in shaping our visual identity and ensuring it’s communicated consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Work from design brief documents or sessions to produce digital and print assets across our online stores, marketplaces, emails, socials, packaging, POS, and events.
- Support the ecommerce team by retouching product photography and creating polished, high-converting listing visuals.
- Deliver creative assets for marketing campaigns, product launches, promotions, and branded content.
- Apply and adapt existing packaging templates for new products.
- Create product mock-ups, internal decks, and branded presentation materials.
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and formats.
- Help manage and organise design files, templates, and creative asset libraries.
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- A degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design or a related field (2:1 or above).
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative thinking and solid design skills.
- Skilled in professional design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Sketch).
- A good eye for aesthetics, layout, typography and visual hierarchy.
- Strong attention to visual and technical detail, ensuring accuracy across deliverables.
- A collaborative mindset, great communication skills and ability to take feedback well.
Desirable:
- Experience with templating tools such as Canva.
- Motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects or Premiere Pro).
- 3D rendering skills or a desire to explore (e.g. Blender, Adobe Dimension).
- Packaging design or physical product design.
- Interest in learning about trading cards and collectibles.
