Role Overview

This role supports grant accounting, compliance, and reporting, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and coordination with auditors and funding bodies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Master Data Management – Set up and maintain master data in SAP HANA and resolve all system-related issues in coordination with Client's System and Transformation team.
  • Grant Accounting – Monitor utilisation of grants, pass accounting entries on a periodic basis, and ensure proper housekeeping and closure of grants.
  • Grant Compliance Administration – Assist with grant compliance administration and liaise with auditors as required, ensuring all grant claims are submitted by stipulated timelines.
  • Administrative Support – Provide ad hoc administrative support to the Grant and Compliance Management team as directed.
  • To monitor utilisation of grants and pass accounting entries in accordance with GL Team closing timetable.
  • Closure of grants to be done within the same months that the grantor allows the claims after expiry. All grant claims to reach grantor by the grant stipulated timelines.
  • To facilitate and assist the auditors to submit claims by the stipulated timelines

Grant reconciliation

  • i. Support the reconciliation of PSEA / SFC credits against TPGateway records
  • ii.Track funding payment statuses

KPIs

  • Master data updates within 3 working days
  • Grant claims submitted on time
  • Grant closures within stipulated claim windows
  • Accurate and timely financial reporting

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher qualification
  • 2+ years in finance/accounting/grant management (fresh graduates considered)
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA preferred
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong compliance mindset
  • Strong professionalism and communication skills
  • Ability to work under tight timelines and KPI-driven environments
  • Compliance with data protection and financial regulations
  • Adaptability to evolving responsibilities
