Business Area (BA) Wind Business Area (BA) Wind is responsible for Vattenfall’s Onshore and Offshore Wind as well as other non-hydro renewable activities.
Today we develop, construct and operate wind generation in UK, Sweden, Denmark, Germany and the Netherlands.
This includes a 24GW of capacity across our key markets.
Resilience Area Lead We are looking for an experienced and inspiring Resilience Area Lead.
In this role, you will lead the continued development of resilience capabilities across Business Area Wind, helping ensure that our wind, solar and battery operations remain resilient and capable of delivering critical business outcomes during disruption.
Responsibilities Lead the Resilience Area Define and drive BA Wind's resilience strategy, roadmap and priorities aligned with Vattenfall Group objectives.
Lead the development of resilience capabilities that strengthen operational resilience across BA Wind.
Act as BA Wind's focal point for resilience-related matters and group-level engagement.
Ensure resilience frameworks, governance and activities support business objectives, regulatory requirements and long-term resilience goals.
