Overview
As Sourcing Manager Offshore Logistics & Foundations, you will lead end-to-end procurement for offshore logistics, transport & installation and foundations, partnering with a global supplier network to secure best-value solutions.
You will develop sourcing strategies, negotiate key contracts, and act as the primary liaison with suppliers and project teams.
You will steer tender processes, ensure compliance and fair competition, and promote lean procurement practices to support Vattenfall’s sustainable energy transition.
This role involves high-value CAPEX projects and cross-border collaboration.

Responsibilities
- Lead the entire procurement process for assigned categories and projects, from strategy to contract delivery
- Act as single point of contact and chief negotiator with suppliers with input from stakeholders
- Develop and oversee procurement strategies, contracts, PQQ and ITT materials for project needs
- Steer core tender teams to ensure compliance, transparency, and fair competition until contract finalization
- Drive stakeholder management aligning procurement decisions with category strategies and business protocols
- Promote and implement best-in-class procurement practices and advance supply chain development in designated categories
- Key requirements
- University degree or equivalent, with ~5 years in high-value CAPEX procurement in renewables/oil & gas or similar industries
- Experience in driving business with large spend suppliers in an international environment
- Knowledge of wind project FIDIC contracts (advantageous)
- Strong negotiation experience on offshore installation vessel contracts or standard forms (FIDIC, LOGIC, BIMCO)
- Ability to work autonomously, initiate, and encourage teamwork
- Good command of English (verbal and written)
