This role is critical to securing the physical footprint of our future energy infrastructure and enabling the UK’s transition to clean power.
Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and maintain relationships with landowners throughout development process.
- Support early-stage site screening and feasibility assessments in collaboration with GIS, project management, and grid teams.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, such as the land agents and legal counterparts and play an active role in representing Vattenfall at major industry and landowner events.
- Coordinate with internal legal, commercial, and project development teams to ensure land rights align with project timelines, risk profiles, and planning requirements.
- Develop and execute land strategy on a project-specific basis, considering each individual project’s needs and restrictions as well as company strategy.

- Experience with the Compulsory Purchase process is a strong advantage, and you’re comfortable navigating complex legal and regulatory landscapes.
- You thrive both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing effectively across functions.
- You approach challenges with a proactive, solution-focused mindset, and combine commercial awareness with a keen eye for detail.
